Ordering and Payment
You can place an order directly through our website by adding products to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Alternatively you can also place your order by chatting us through FB Messenger.
We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment gateways such as GCash. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your safety.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
Shipping and Delivery
Currently, we only ship within the Philippines and outside the Philippines only for bulk customers on request. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.
Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days within all Philippines. If you are based in Metro Manila Region the orders are usually delivered with 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for products that are unused and in their original packaging. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase after we have received and inspected the returned item. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process.
