RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are delighted with your items. However, if you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more details on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Items should be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to confirm your return. Once confirmed, securely package your item and send it to the following address:

We will cover or reimburse return shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. The refund amount will be transferred via bank transfer or GCash.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
